      Version 2.4 of PCStat is functionally identical to Version 2.3.


    It was created to replace Version 2.3 on the Shareware Distribution
    Network due to a file compression error.  The program's internal
    identification and documentation remains as Version 2.3.

    To avoid any future problems with actual functional changes,
    Version 2.4 identification will not be used.  Thank you.
